AS Physics Revision Update
I think the best advice at the moment is to do the following things in this order.
1) Read and get to grip with the revision book. This covers the basics of what you need.
2) Go through the past papers. If you don't get one question miss it out and come back to it later.
OCR Physics B Advancing Physics
3) Read the text book and try the questions at the end of the chapter.
4) Read pages 65 to 71 of the text book. This was the work I would have covered on Thursday or Friday.
5) Learn where everything is in the equation booklet you get in the exam. Don't underestimate how useful this is.
6) Make sure you get enough sleep before the exam.
7) Check the blog http://scienceatbcc.blogspot.
We have entered everyone in January knowing that it is early and a difficult task. It does however give you a chance to resit in the summer and on previous years experience this has paid off.
I was thinking of going through the part I have not taught on Tuesday after school. Its only a small part and on page 65-71 of the text book. Come along if you can.
You can use bccpupils@googlemail.com to email me.
Good luck

Plan for next few weeks
Also don't forget your resits as we may not have time to go though them.
Electronics AS/A2 work over Easter
Check that you are up to date and have completed all the work. If you have been doing this all along you would have completed this by now. I know it is a lot of work but its only 6 weeks before the AS electronics exam starts.
This work will help you revise. You will also need to do your own revision based on your own particular difficulties.
I will complete the teaching on the second week back and then we will go through exam papers.
Deadlines for coursework
The first week back after half term will be the last week we do coursework in class as you need to write it up.
Stick to the mark scheme and follow it as closely as possible.
The mark schemes are also available on the examination boards site in the specification documents or teacher notes if you have lost them.
You need to start writing up over the easter holiday.
